A new home for ZombiNutz.

In the ultimate search for a new life for ZombiNutz I was looking for a few things. Those few that are regulars here might know I am wavering on the edge of PvP. All that is holding me back is a jump into lowsec and myself really. So combat and more so PvP was one considerations. I was also looking for a group of people that I enjoyed to hang out with and chat about the game and the world and stuff. Last of all I was looking for a new home with some drive. Clear focus that is being executed upon. Leaders need to lead, not chase down personal agendas.

A corp. would have to have all these things before I'd consider an application. There also had to be a sense that my skills and actions would contribute to the direction of the corp. as a whole. Meaning that what I would add and the focus I have for my own path must bring value. With out this I might as well flounder about on my own.

It is funny really how I came to find the corp. I ultimately joined. The corp and it's current focus might make some readers scratch there head as well next to my recent posts. However I am no longer lost at the cross roads with ZombiNutz but rather enthusiastic to log in at the moment.

So as Astral leaves Top Gear Ventures to dive headlong into 0.0 space. ZombiNutz joins this interesting little corp. with big plans. I have a fondness for my new corp. mates all ready from the courtship. I have faith in our CEO's vision and ability to execute even if he has a busy time in front of him. I believe I can bring some value to the corp. day one and my own path compliments the stages of growth.

OH and I made sure I had a green light to poke my nose into lowsec and get it bloody before joining. There are some rules of conduct and a certain expected behavior attached. However these don't weaver too far from my own ideals anyway. So we are good.

Stay tuned for the many growing adventures of ZombiNutz and TGV in the future.

Cheers

  3. Hey man, congrats on finding a new corp! It's great to hear. I'm gonna have to battleclinic them and keep tabs on what you are up to!

Enjoy the rush of being in a new corp, one that you have faith in can lead to many great adventures!

I'm glad I held back my best Rifter fits so I can use them against you ;)

No hate from me, I'll just put you on my "to kill" lists.

had to edit since I missed the part where you listed your new corps name!

  4. So what are they going to have you doing in TGV, well other than dying ;)

  5. Lets hope I can make it out with my pod when we meet Logan. Having a target on my back makes life a little easier to find a good fight. :)

See you around the gates and belts. Hopefully no station games. I hear those are for chumps. :)

You should have no trouble with my cookie cutter rifters. We shall see :)

  6. Right now lend some Pew Pew to the mission force and work on my tackle game. Long term we shall have to see MR. Logan of the "We have a bad rep for being moles!" corp. ;)

    We shall see...

  7. For gods sake, PLEASE help this dude "Machete Visor" with his rifter fits.

Passive targetter? Shield and armor tank, not filled slots? Sad panda!

Good luck on the tackle side of things, still one of the more entertaining aspects of eve if you ask me! So much relies on you getting your point on and living long enough to capitalize!

Hope they have forums and out of games voice comms, or at least have plans on setting them up. Now, go out and get their first kill!

  8. OH I've been applying my limited knowledge of fits as advice allready. A lot of new and eager blood. There is one chap who flys with hull reps, shield extenders and armore reps. I think I can save him though as he is a good bloke.

As for the first Kill. I am sure I'll add to the losses before that happens. Care to give me a freebie? You know fly out and pick a fight with me in a noob ship or something. ;)

  9. I'd still beat you in my Reaper ;)

Velators are cheating noob ships btw!

I'll fly out there in a Rifter or Punisher sometime and see who I can kill around your area! Maybe you have some nice juicy miners that would be fun to kill!

Eager new peeps are the best, but it takes time and a lot of effort to sort them out. Especially if they don't take direction very well. Usually offering a 1v1 with you flying the way they should be straightens them out quickly, make sure you duel to the death :)

  11. Used to, but I find that it rarely drives the point home quite as well as killing them and then posting their horrible fit and providing constructive criticism on why each module was a poor choice. Not that I have done a in corp Duel in oh, forever!

I'll take being a meanie as a compliment!

  12. I might have to start calling you Uncle Big Bad Wolf. Or Unc BBW for short. :)

I agree there is some lesson in real loss. I am oddly looking forward to my first pod loss. Wierd.
